Tuesday, April 21: Olive Oil Brownies with Sea Salt

I used to think I was one of those weirdos who prefer cakey brownies. But these Olive Oil Brownies with Sea Salt have totally changed my mind. They have the most PERFECT (!!!) texture — rich and chocolatey, chewy and fudgey, studded with melted chocolate chips. So delicious and addicting, it’s truly impossible to stop at one… or two… or three. Make sure to whisk super well during each step (until gently folding in the flour) — the batter will get very glossy and smooth, but it did take some elbow grease!

See recipe from New York Times Cooking here.
